# Legal Notices. PROVIDENCE S. C.-Supreme Court. SEPTEMBER TERM, A. D. 1861. Upon the application of Nathan F. Dixon for an order of notice to the bill-holders of the Hopkinton Bank and claimants upon the Receiver. It is adjudged, ordered and decreed that the said Dixon cause a notice to be published in the Providence Journal, Chicago Tribune and New York Tribune, directing the holders of the bills of said Hopkinton Bank, and the claimants upon the Receiver thereof, to bring in and present the bills of said Bank, and their claims upon said Receiver, at the Hopkinton Bank in Westerly, on or before the fifteenth day of March, 1865, or their claims shall be forever barred as against said Receiver; said notice to be published for at least two months after the fifteenth day of December, 1861. Entered as the decree of Court 42d day S. T. 1851, (Dec. 1.) By order. de15-1862-2m is JOHN A. GARDNER, Clerk.
