A NEW RECEIVER Appointed for the Warwick Bank on Request of the Attorney General. At the request of the attorney general a new receiver was today appointed for the Warwick Bank. There is a long standing case in court entitled, Bank Commissioners vs. President. directors and company of the Warwn. Bank and it was as a part of these proceedings the recéiver was appointed. Henry W. Hayes, Esq., is the new receiver and he succeeds Wingate Hayes, Esq., deceasd.
