At the September term of the Supreme Court, holden at Providence, within and for the County of Providence, in the State of Rhode Island, Nr. It was or dered and en creed by sald Count that the holders of the bills of the Mount Vernon B ink, In order to be enclied to a divid nd of the assets of said B mk, scould depos the same with the Receiver on or before the netday of July, A. D., 18.0.
