COMPTROLLER REFUSES TO CHANGE RECEIVER OF DUNNELLON BANK TALLAHASSEE. June 20 Comptroller Ernest Amos does not intend to remove A. P. Kay as receiver of the Citizens Bank of Dunellon, recommended by the Marion county grand jury, unless more convincing evidence is shown as to his alleged incompetency, the comptroller stated today. The report of the grand jury, which charged that Mr. Kay not a competent person to act as receiver of the bank, was sent to the comptroller here, and Mr. Amos began an investigation. He was informed, he said, that those bringing the charges against the receiver were not even depositors of the bank.
