CITY OFFICIALS AWAIT!NG WORD FROM DEFUNCT BANK RECEIVER Two Letters Fail To Get Reply From Adams. SOLICITOR MAY FILE COURT SUIT No word had been received by the city law department up to yesterday. from former Senator James L. Adams whom City Solicitor Charles A. Waldschmidt is anxious to hear from as the result of the city's failure to account for an amount more than $22.000 supposed to have been paid by Adams as receiver of the defunct Dominion Trust Company. Adams was reported in St. Petersburg. Fla., where a letter was sent to him in October More recently registered letter was mailed by the law department but there has been no reply to either. Solicitor Waldschmidt is anxious to hear from Adams and in the event he does not respond within the next few days, a more direct effort will be made to locate him.
