Description

Newspaper notices repeatedly identify George H. Calvert as receiver of Columbia Savings & Trust Company of Pittsburgh and advertise final accounts and a distribution hearing in 1917. No articles mention a depositor run; evidence points to the bank being in receivership and permanently closed. Corrected city spelling to 'Pittsburgh' as in the articles (prompt gave 'Pittsburg').
