COURT HOUSE RECEIVER IS DISCHARGED Trust Company After Seven Years Is Restored to Good Standing An order of the Dauphin county court made nearly seven years ago and directing the liquidation of the affairs of the Lincoln Savings and Trust Co., Philadelphia, was vacated by Judge McCarrell this morning when a petition was presented to him representing that the company has satisfied the claims of all its creditors and has a substantial balance in its treasury. The receiver, Murdock Kendrick, was discharged.
