PENNSYLVANIA. Cheap Centennial Rates. Philadelphia, Sept. 7.-At - a meeting of the U. S. Centennial commissioners this evening a resolution was adopted in favor of twenty-five cent rates of admission on all Saturdays until the close of the exhibition. Bank Suspension. The City Bank of this city has suspended; liabilities, $350,000. It is thought that the assets will entirely cover the amount. A majority of the depositors are laboring men and women. Death Warrants Issued Gov. Hantranft has issued death warrants for the execution of Thomas Munley, James Carroll, Jas. Boyle, Hugh McGeghan and Jas. Roorty, the Molly Maguires recently convicted in Schuylkill county, of murder in the first degree. The executions take place October 1st.
