Referee in Bankruptcy. Dated January 23, 1919. In the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County - Commonwealth Docket, 1909 - No. 840. COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ex rel, M, Hampton Todd, Attorney General, vs. AMERICAN TRUST COMPANY. THE Auditor appointed by the above Court to audit, settle and adjust the third account of Frank H. Caven, Receiver of said American Trust Company, and to report to the said Court distribution of the balance in the hands of said Receiver, will meet those interested for the purposes of his appointment on Saturday, the 15th day of February, 1919, at 10:30 o'clock A. M., at the office of Fell & Spalding, Attorneys for said Receiver, No. 618 North American Building. Philadelphia, when and where all parties interested are required to make and prove their claims, or be debarred from coming in upon said fund. EDWARD E. BEIDLEMAN, Auditor.
