Oil City Bank Closed; Its Capital Impaired By Associated Press. Oil City, Pa., July 12.-The citizens Banking Company suspended business here yesterday on orders of C. H. Graff, State bank examiner. Existing impairment of the company's capital and inability to realize quickly on a large part of the bank's assets were the reasons given by the directors for closing the doors of the institution. The bank, which was organized in 1902 as a State bank, carried deposits of nearly $1,300,000.
