10 In the U. S. Circuit Court, in session Richmond, on Friday, in the case of Payne VS. Farmers' Bank of Virginia, John S. Morson was, by the judge, appointed receiver in place of D. J. Saunders, deceased, and in the case of Mellwaine VS. Bank of Virginia, John E. Taylor was appointed receiver in place of Mr. Saunders. The U. S. District Court, which has been is session in Richmond, has adjourned till November 11th.
