BANK RECEIVER SUES FORMER PRESIDENT Suit for approximately $25,000 was brought today against T. Blair Palmer of this city by Henry E. Hackney, receiver of the First Natlonal Bank of Dunbar. Suits are for a number of notes made by the Lafayette Lumber company and other concerns in which Mr. Palmer was the responsible head. Largest item is one note of $22,000. the others being interest amounts due on smaller borrowings. Fifteen days time is given for the filing of a de- cerning the death of Andy Justwin. the mystery man. who died early yesterday morning in the Brownsville hospital from injuries received the night before. Justwin was a resident of Denbo where he is employed as a miner for the Reliance Coal & Furnace company. According to information received from the coal and iron police at Vesta No. 6 the man was found lying on the highway under the cement railroad trestle at Vesta No. 6 about 7:30 o'clock Wedneaday evening by IL driver of the Wayneshurg bus. The man reported his discovery to Sergeant M: M. Olear and Corporal Juhn Rolse of the cual and iron police at the works nearby. Sergeant Olear stated they found the man in an unconscious condition and with a deep gash on the back of the head.
