# NOTICE OF SPECIAL MASTER'S SALE Of Oregon Land and Water Company in the State of Oregon, under the final decree of the United States District Court in and for the District of Oregon. WHEREAS, in a cause depending in the United States District Court in and for the District of Oregon, in equity, No. 3695, wherein R. S. Howard, Jr., Receiver of The Title Guarantee & Trust Company, is complainant and Oregon Land and Water Company and others are respondents and defendants, by a decree of said court rendered and entered on Monday the 17th day of June, 1912, it was adjudged and decreed that Oregon Land and Water Company should pay or cause to be paid on or before the 15th day of July, 1912, after the entry of said decree, to complaint for the use and benefit of certain bondholders and claimants, as in said decree stated, the following and specific sums of money, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per annum from the dates therein specified and thereafter from the date of said decree until paid, to-wit: Advances made to Oregon Land & Water Co. by R. S. Howard, Jr., receiver: Prior to appointment of receiver .................................$ 23,324.31 Accrued interest thereon at 6 per cent to January 31, 1912 ................................. 3,190.79 With interest accruing from Jan. 31, 1912, until paid at $3.88 per day Since the appointment of W. R.
