The Hendricks-Edmiston Case. The much-mixed foreclosure case of BesHendricks and husband vs. J. K. Edmiston et al. dragged its weary way along all day yesterday in Judge Langley's court, as It did on the previous day, and at the adjournment of court It was continued over until next Monday. The case is as remarkable for the array of counsel interested in various aspects of It as It is in the complexity which surrounds the transaction, C. W. Corliss appears for the plaintiff: Seymour Wetmore's interests are represented by F. H. Peterson: Hastings & Stedman, for Hastings as receiver of the Security Savings bank, have the laboring 012 for the defense: Donworth & Howe appear for the Washington National bank; Strudwick & Peters for the Security Savings bank of Portland, and Burke, Shepard & Wood for the Chase National bank of New York.
