COUNTY BANK CASE UP MONDAY Oscar Hayter, of Dallas, attorney for C C. Bryant, receiver of the First National Bank of Albany, was here Tuesday conferring with the county attorney regarding the injunction hearing which will come up in Federal court in Portland next Monday. The injunction prohibited the county treasurer from selling security given by the bank to protect county funds, other than enough to cover his own account.
