CASE LISTED FRIDAY, SEPT 14 Holc Case Also Scheduled for Short Calendar Session Among the 28 motions in civil cases to be heard at the first short calendar session of the September term of the superior court Friday morning are several involving important receiverships. Judge Rufus Booth who will open the fall term will be requested to give instructions to James R. Sheldon, receiver for the Beardsley and Wolcott Mfg. Co. as to his status now that the campony has been transferred to a federal receivership. Allowance or disallowance of claims will be asked in the case of the Colonial Trust Company vs the Almon C. Judd Company; a ruling on Home Owners' Loan Corporation bonds will be. made in the case of George J. Bassett, State Bank Commissioner vs the Naugatuck Bank and Trust Company. Permission to pay interest on a mortgage will be asked in the case of Charles A. Templeton vs Charles A. Templeton, Inc; appointment of guardians is requested by James N. Meikle, executor, vs Helen M. Kilbride, executrix of the estate of L. Russell Carter. Stipulation for change of venue will be asked in the case of John T. Carroll vs Mary Jane Carroll. Judgment by default for failure to plead will be asked in the following cases: Dora Deschino vs the City of Waterbury; Giro Alfano vs H. Mitchell Wallace; Salvatore Sampieri vs H. Mitcheil Wallace: Agota Silkauskas vs Kazis Sinkevicius; Louis Nadeau vs Bertha Pacquette. In the case of Irene P. Fowler vs. Clyde Carlton Fowler it will be asked that the defendant be adjudged in contempt. Acceptance of receiver's report, allowance and discharge of receiver will be asked in the case of the Waterbury Trust Co. vs. Marion S. Tavano. Foreclosures will be asked in the following cases: Waterbury Savings Bank vs. Heirs of Mary J. Dodds; Waterbury Savings Bank vs. Louis H. Sacks; Waterbury Savings Bank vs. Julia DeBonis; Dime Savings Bank vs. Samuel Kramer; Community Bond and Mortgage Corp. vs. William H. Kurtz; Waterbury Savings Bank vs. Bernice M. Nelson.
