Payment of 20 Per Cent Promised Before Due. | Ponca City, Okla., June 74.-Receiver Brodball gives notice that he will make a payment of 20 per cent to the creditors of the Citizens' bank on the 25th of this month. Most of the obligations to the bank don't fall due until after harvest and Receiver Brodball has done remarkably well to make this payment at this time. and the indications are that the creditors of the bank will be paid in full in less time than was expected.
