Attorney Frank Healey was named receiver in the case of the Dime Savings bank against Patrick Healey, administrator. at the short calendar session of the superior court this morning. In approving the appointment Judge Frederick M. Peasley also approved the posting of a $500 bond. Only a few motions in civil matters were heard at this morning's session and but one divorce action was heard. In the divorce action Mrs. Concetta B. Bologna was given her freedom from Vincenzo Bologna on grounds of desertion. She was also given custody of minor children. The action was uncontested. Decision was reserved on the motions in the case of Charles Donaldson against John C. Herbst. The plaintiff asked for the acceptance of the receiver's account, asked for an allowance to receiver and to the receiver's attorneys. Permission was
