The ereditors of the Peoples Bank of Logan will t ke notice, that at the January Term 0: the Court of Common Pleas in and for the 1 ounty of Hocking and State of ohio, in ease Number 2518, entitled William A Souders vs John Beery et al., the said court found and deer ed that the defendants the signers of the bond given In the Probate Court to raise and release the reveral assignno 111 made by S di Bank for the ben' fi of its creditors, are li able to all of said CF ditors who did not consent to the raising of said assignment. and the court appointed the undersigned Receiver and Trustee in said case with power to recever, collect and distribute the penalty of sald bond to-wit the sum of ten thousand dollars. nd distribute the same unde r the order 0 the Court. The creditors of the Peoples Bank of Logan will take notice, that at the January Term of the Court of Common Pleas in and for the County of Hocking and State of Ohio, in case Number 2518, entitled William A. Souders vs John Beery et al., the said court found and decreed that the defendants the signers of the bond given in the Probate Court to raise and release the general assignment made by Said Bank for the benefit of its creditors, are liable to all of said reditors who did not consent to the raising of said assignment. and the court appointed the undersigned Receiver and Trustee in said case with power to recover, collect and distribute the penalty of said bond to-wit the sum often thousand dollars, and distribute the same under the order of the Court.
