BANK'S ACTION LEFT TO COURT Preble County Judge to Decide Whether or Not Twin Valley Bank in Nearby Town Will be Permitted to Reopen on Unrestricted Basis. Eaton, O., Jan. concealing the reopening of the Twin Valley bank, of West Alexandria, closed for temporary liquidation, expected to be made by Judge Risinger in Preble county common pleas court, when he will hear the evidence in the matter. the plan to reopen the West Alexandria institution by "freezing" portion of the deposits immediately, and the remainder the bank's business warrants. It was requested that the opening date be fixed for January 15. The First National Bank of West Alexandria, has been closed for several years. and the Twin bank, until operations were suspended some weeks ago, had been operating on limited basis since the national banking holiday.
