COURT NEWS OF UNION COUNTY Suits for Money and Other Matters Estate Transfers (Marysville Journal) Real Estate Transfers William Rausch, sheriff, to G. W. Hamilton, acres in Paris, $1. William Rausch, sheriff, to Jesse L. Spain, .25 acre in Marysville, $1. Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. to Ira E. Cowgill and wife, 66.95 acres in Claiborne, $2950. Wills Offered The wills of Rose E. Connor, late of Milford Center, and William H. Downing, late of Plain City, have been offered for probate. The former was heard Friday and the latter will come up for hearing July 6. Marriage Licenses William Edwards, 22, farmer of Pharisburg, and Tina Lee Collier, 21, waitress, of Marysville. Henry B. Beach, lumber dealer, of Plain City, and Mrs. Clara Conklin, of Plain City. Virgil E. Smith, 24, laborer, of near Marysville, to Lucille E. Barnett, 21, New Dover. Rev. W. Drew. Divorce Asked Walter Burns, 20, by his next friend, Gottlieb Burns, has filed suit for divorce from Mildred Burns. Despite the fact that Burns knew no other occupation than farming and had provided suiable dwelling on a farm, she insisted that he move to town, and he has moved four times since they were married, trying to satisfy her. The plaintiff claims that his wife never did any housework that she would leave frequently, cursed him and threatened him and finally, on Palm Sunday went to live with her parents. They were married April 1933 and have one child. Eviction Ordered The case of Fry VS. Clarence Fry was heard before Justice J. H. Kinkade recently and writ of eviction ordered. The property is in Marysville. Sale Ordered Sale of two lots in Richwood to L. E. Benton, for $500 by Fulton, superintendent of banks in charge of the liquidation of the Farmers Deposit bank of Richwood, has been orderl ed by the court. Fees Ordered Paid the case of Esther Henderson Pearl A. Hudson, the defendant has been ordered to pay $50 attorney fees for the plaintiff to the Clerk of Court by October Lien Made Void The mechanic's lien, issued to M. Southern has been made void by the court since there were certain provisions violated. Case Dismissed The divorce case of Earl Mixon VS. Esther Mixon has been dismissed. Judgment Awarded In the case of Clara M. Blumenschein and Minnie A. Rausch VS. Otto Scheiderer, deficiency judgment for $1649.94 has been issued.
