TED LEWIS' SUIT IN FEDERAL COURT Action To Collect on Note Transferred on Motion of Bank Receiver. Theodore Friedman, Circleville better known as Ted Lewis is the plaintiff in suit filed Friday in federal court at Columbus. The suit was transferred from the courts of Pickaway-co. Friedman asks judgement in the amount of $1275 on promissory note dated Feb. 10. 1928 from George W. and Whitlock Mary and the First National bank of Mt. Sterling. This bank is now in the hands of receiver The case was, on motion of the receiver, ordered removed to the U. court upon his claim that the First National Bank of Mt. Sterling is involved. Attorneys for the plaintiff are of the opinion that the interests of the bank not so involved as to authorize the removal of the case to the federal court and so will ask that court remand the case to the pleas court of this county mon and Simkins Abernethy represent Friedman the suit.
