FINAL ACCOUNT OF RICHTER ESTATE First and final accounting in the estate of Jacob Richter was filed in probate court Monday by Bertha Richter, executrix of the estate. The recounting showed receipts and expenditures of $1,918.16. ORDER APPRAISAL OF COMMERCIAL BANK An entry approved by Judge Clin. ton D. Boyd and filed in common pleas court Monday, ordered the Oglesby-Barnitz Bank and Trust company, Middletown, receiver for the Commercial bank, of Middletown, to file nn inventory and ap: praisement of property with the court. The court appointed II. G. Mueller, C. E. Burke and Dave Finkleman AS appraisers. Two toys are combined in a sling shot pistol now on the market.
