Administrator's Sale Of Real Estate IN THE PROBATE COURT MORGAN COUNTY, OHIO A. B. Mercer, Administrator of the Estate of Grace B. Musgrave, deceased, Plaintiff. vs. Arza B. Musgrave, The Citizens Savings Bank, in liquidation, of McConnelsville, Ohio, and T. J. Bailey, James J. Christie and H. B. Sharp, as Trustees for said Citizens Savings Bank, in liquidation, Defendants. In pursuance of the order of the Probate Court of Morgan County, I will offer for sale at public auction on the 17th day of October, 1938, at 10 o'clock A. M., at the front door of the Court House in McConnelsville, Ohio, the following described real estate: FIRST TRACT: Situated in the Township of Center and County of Morgan and further described as follows: Being sub-division No. 15 of Section 29, Town 6, Range 10, containing 20 acres. Also sub-division No. 1 of Fraction 32, Township 6, Range 10, containing 80 acres as shown by the Plat Book of Center Township, Morgan County, Ohio, containing in all 100 acres, excepting 11 acres of the first tract sold to W. H. Coler and 20 acres of second tract sold to Lizzie Molyneux in 1883. Said two tracts containing in all 69 acres, more or less. SECOND TRACT: Situated in Waterford Township, Washington County, Ohio, and bounded and described as follows: Being a part of Lot No. 7. Township 5, Range 10, commencing at the center of Olive Green creek where the North line of said lot crosses said creek; thence west 8 26-100 chains to a stone by a small run from which an apple tree 14 inches in diameter bears N. 10 deg. East and is 52 links distant; thence S. 15 deg. East 3.30 chains to the center of said creek to the place of beginning containing 1.11 acres more or less.
