ValuableReal Estate for Sale , THE undersigned, Receivers and Trustees of the Lancaster Ohio Bauk, will expose at the Court House Door in Lancaster, Fairfield county, Ohio, on Saturday the 1st day of April, 1848. 4 between the hours of 10 o'clock A. M. aud o'clock P.M., the followingdescribed Real Estate. 1st. That choice and highly valuable Farm ly. ing one mile west of Lancaster, on the South side of the Zanesville and Maysville Turnpike Road, usually called 'The Creed Farm," containing 230 Acres. In point of location. quality of soil and other desirabie qualities. this farm is unsurpassed by any other in the county. It is furnished with good mansian house, pleasantly situated, within convenient distance from town to be occupied by a gentleman having daily business in town. A comfortable Farmer's house in addition. Stables. Barns and other out-buildings. It will be sold in one entire tract, or in two parcels as may best suit purchasers. If divided, each parcel will constitute a superior farm with the necessary buildings and other improvements. Immediate possession will be given subject to existing leases, the benefits of which will be transfered to the purchaser. Terms-One-fourth part of the purchase money to be paid in hand and the balance to be paid in four equal annual instalments with interest from the day of sale. 2nd.
