ECHO OF BANK CASE. Attachment Proceedings Against Commission Company's Deposits. Cleveland, O., Nov. 18.-Attachment proceedings tonight against the bank deposits of the Rex Commission Company, whose officers are under indictment here, is expected to reveal the connection, If any, of that concern with the wrecked Glenville Banking and Trust Company. Robert Prosser, receiver of the Glenville Bank, swore out an affidavit in attachment against the funds of the company supposed to be on deposit with the First National Bank. The receiver alleges that J. J. Phillips, Vice-President of the defunct bank, who was mysteriously shot two years ago, operated with the Rex Company in procuring funds from the Glenville Bank. The specific recovery sought in the present suit is $8,596, the sum involved in New York drafts issued by the bank in favor of the Rex Commission Company.
