BANK RECEIVER FILES 2 SUITS Crestline Company Is Plaintiff In Court Action Special To The News BUCYRUS, March suits were filed in common pleas court Wednesday by E. Evenson ceiver for the First National bank of Crestline in which the receiver asks for $2300 alleged to be liability of the stockholders in the institution under national bank ing laws. The First National bank Crestline the predecessor of The First National bank in Crestline which doing general banking business in that city One directed against Mary Weaver legatee under the will of the late W Weaver. The deceased alleged to have been th owner of five shares of the time of his death Par value of the stock placed at $100 per share and judgment asked in the of $500 with interest and of the action. Fanny Miller and Dorothy Retter are the defendants in the other suit claimed in the petition that the defendants under will Frank Miller late of Crestline and asked in the of $1800 with interest and costs
