Broken Banks. We learn from a gentleman in this place, who has just received information from Ohio, that the Manhattan Bank, at Manhattan Ohio-the Circleville Bank, at Circleville Ohio, and the Gallipolis Bank, at Galhpolis, Ohio, have "blowr up," or in other words suspended the payment of their liabilities. These insitutions have been in bad repute for some time, and the probability is that their notes are entirely worthless.
