The engraved certificates for the preferred stock of THE LAKE ERIE AND WESTERN RAILROAD COM. PANY, heretofore prepared by inadvertence not conforming to the res olutions of the stockholders and Board of Directors all. thorizing the issue of the same, such issue has been suspended until the correction of the plate is made. The corrected certificate, which alone will be a delivery on the Stock Exchange, will be ready for issue on and after Mon. day, March 28,1887, when the certificates heretofore delivered can be exchanged.
