The above-named Bank having consolidated with the OHIO VALLEY NATIONAL BANK of CINCINNATI, OHIO, respectfully requests a continuance of its former patrons with the consolidated Bank.

The engraved certificates for the preferred stock of THE LAKE ERIE AND WESTERN RAILROAD COM. PANY, heretofore prepared by inadvertence not conforming to the res olutions of the stockholders and Board of Directors all. thorizing the issue of the same, such issue has been suspended until the correction of the plate is made. The corrected certificate, which alone will be a delivery on the Stock Exchange, will be ready for issue on and after Mon. day, March 28,1887, when the certificates heretofore delivered can be exchanged. PAUL C R'WAY CÓ.-NOTICE is hereby given that dividends have been declared out of the net earnings for the year 1886 of Three Dollars and Fifty Cents per share on the preferred stock and of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents per share on the common tock of this company, payable on the 15th day of April next at the office of the company, 42 Wall-st., New.
