ANOTHER SENSATION. Receiver McConville Charged With Speculating With Bank Funds. CINCINNATI, April 4.-Agent James McConville, representing the stockholders of the Metropolitan Bank, will not be permitted to close his connection with the trust until certain important matters, involving a large amount of money, have been set right. A few days ago he applied to Judge Noyes to be relieved from the trust and his accounts confirmed. But before this was done Mr. Wm. Stacy planted himself directly in the agent's path, and seems to be there to stay. Stacy declares that McConville used a large part of the Metropolitan bank funds in a hotel speculation, and sues for an investigation" of McConville's management.
