A MALICIOUS DEPOSITOR Starts a Run on a Cincinnati Savings Bank. Cincinnati, March 16.-A run was started on the Cincinnati Savings bank yesterday without apparent cause, which was promptly met by the payment of all checks presented. The offloers of the bank attribute the run to the malice of the depositor who had a dispute in settling his account and who threatened to get even. The run was resumed today, blocking the sidewalk and obstructing the street. All applicants were paid in full.
