The Syracuse Banking House Failure. SYRACUSE, N. Y., April 24.-The largest sale of real estate ever held in this city took place at the court house yesterday under Sheriff Johnson, to satisfy the claims of creditors, amounting to about $700,000, against the assigned banking firm of Wilkinson & Co. The sale will bring upwards oi $300,000. The Globe hotel is included. J. Ferman Wilkinson, the surviving partner of the banking firm, is in a critical condition from an overdose of chloral taken last night.
