No. 24772, Affidavit that some of the above named defendants reside out of the State of Illinois, so that process cannot be served upon them, and further affidavit that their names and present or last known places of residence are as follows: The President, Directors and Company of the Oswego Bank, Oswego, New York, and further affidavit that some of the above named defendants reside or hath gone out of this state, or on due inquiry cannot be found so that process cannot be served upon them, and that diligent inquiry has been made to ascertain their places of residence and postoffice addresses, and that upon diligent inquiry their places of residence and postoffice addresses cannot be ascertained, and further affidavit that there are persons interested in the lands described in the title of the above entitled cause whose names are unknown, and that said proceeding is a suit to obtain title to land and to quiet and establish the title of said complainants in and to said land, having been filed in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court of La Salle County, at Ottawa, La Salle County, Illinois: NOTICE is therefore hereby given to all the defendants named in the above entitled cause, that the above named complainants caused their bill of complaint to be filed in said Court on the Chancery side thereof, on the 28th day of August, A. D. 1920, and that thereupon a summons issued out of said court wherein said suit is now pending against all of the above named defendants, returnable on the second Monday in the month of October, A.
