COURT TO CONSIDER 10 FINAL ACCOUNTS Receivers' and Administrators' Reports to Be Passed Upon at Session June 17 Ten receivers' and administrators' accounts will be presented to the Dauphin county court Thursday, June 17, for confirm ation, the list having been issued yesterday by Prothonotary Harry F. Holler. The Reports include the following: Harrisburg Trust Company, administrator of Robert Snodgrass, who was committee in trust of James S. McClure; same trust company, substituted committee of James S. McClure, habitual drunkard; Henry U1rich, assignee of Henry S. Earhart, Londonderry township: Mercer B. Tate, receiver for the "V A S" company; State Insurance Commissioner Charles Johnson, on liquidation of the American Fraternal Association of Honesdale: same commissioner on the administration of the William Penn Fire Insurance Company, Pottsville; second and partial account of Harry S. Calvert, receiver for the Mercantile Trust Company, Pittsburgh: William J. Diehl, receiver Savings Fund Loan Association, Pittsburgh: Robert Brannen. First Russian Slavish Bank, Philadelphia, and Continental Title and Trust Company, receiver for the Globe Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Eighteen Properties Under Hammer.-The eighteen properties which City Treasurer O. M. Copelin will offer at sheriff's sale Monday, June 7, on the courthouse steps to satisfy deJinquent tax claims include one plot in the First ward, two in the Second, one in the Sixth, five in the Seventh, two in the Eighth, three in the Tenth, one in the Eleventh, and three in the Thirteenth ward. To Open Bridge Bids.-In the absence of County Controller Henry W. Gough, Deputy Controller Fred Holtzman has asked for bids for the construction of a new concrete bridge across Wiconisco creek at Lykens, and a steel truss bridge across Armstrong creek five miles above Halifax, to be opened by the county commissioners at noon, Friday, June 4. Appointed Assignee.-I. S. Daniels, a justice of the peace, has been appointed by the Dauphin county court as assignee of Mrs. Catherine M. Reigle, Mifflin township. Appeal State Tax Case.-An appeal was filed yesterday from the decision of the Dauphin county court in the State tax case against the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

the enroliment, clerks announced. pen person 10 the Court, the polling place for the Second ward, First precinct, Steelton, was moved from 136 South Front street to 113 South Front street. These appointments were made: Charles W. Davis, to succeed Louis W. Keller, removed, as judge of elections, Sixth ward, First precinct; Michael F. Dwyer, to succeed Francis B. Dwyer, now in Y. M. C. A. work overseas, as majority inspector in the same district. Continue Sessions. - Sessions of nonsupport court, which were to have been held on Monday, and argument court, on Wednesday. have been continued again because of the epidemic. No date for hearing the cases which have been listed, has been announced yet. Ask For Charter. - Application has been made for a charter for the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, at Sand Hill. The board of trustees includes: Levi B. Nye, Hummelstown. R. D., 1; S. S. Wanamaker and William S. Haak, Middletown, R. D., 2. The charter has been granted. Letters on Est - Letters of administration ha been issued by Deputy Register of Wills James C. Miles in the following estates: Earl C. Cover. to the widow, Martha M. Cover: John Henry Boyer. to Mary E. Boyer, and Luther L. Newman, to Robert J. Nelson. all of the city. The will of Mary E. Ellicker was probated and letters issued to W. C. Ellicker. this city. Get Building Permit. - A building permit has been issued to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for the remodeling of 441 Market street. at a cost of $1,800. Issue Licenses. - More than 7,900 hunting licenses have been issued so far this season by County Treasurer Mark Mumma. Settle Escheat Case. - Unless exceptions are filed final settlement will be made within a month of the escheat proceedings of the state to get unclaimed funds of the Fifth Avenue Savings and Loan Association. McKeesport. Harry S. Calvert as receiver of the Mercantile Trust Company, Pittsburgh. which at one time was receiver of the former bank, has the funds now. Under the order just made by the County Court, John W. Thompson. as escheator for the state. will receive $768.31 as unclaimed funds, and 10 per cent. of $933.49. the claimed deposits. to pay the expenses of the scheat proceeding. The balance of the $933 will be distributed among a number of claimants. and the other money will be given to the state. Thomas C. McCarrell WAS attorney for Mr. Thompson. and filed the order today. after it, had been signed by the Court.
