Notice of Dissolution. UPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF New York. County of New York.-The People of the State of New York, Plaintiff, against Sherman Bank, Defendant. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Supreme Court, bearing date the 5th day of January, 1903. the undersigned, as Receiver of the Sherman Bank, will sell at public auction, at the New York Real Estate Salesroom, Number 111 Broadway, in the Borough of Manhattan. in the City of New York, on the 5th day of February, 1903, at 12:30 o'clock on that day. by L. J. Phillips & Co., Auctioneers, without recourse for any cause whatever, all the right. title and interest of the undersigned, in and to any and all judgments recovered by said Bank. prior to its dissolution, and also all promissory notes or other instruments, which may remain uncollected, and also all stocks or other securities, and also any and all the other assets, properties and effects of said defendant Sherman Bank remaining in his hands: an itemized list of which will be open for inspection and examination by any person interested at the office of the Auctioneers.
