Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Supreme Court, bearing date the 5th day of January, 1903. the undersigned, as Receiver of the Sherman Bank, will sell at public auction, at the New York Real Estate Salesroom, Number 111 Broadway, in the Borough of Manhattan. in the City of New York, on the 5th day of February, 1903, at 12:30 o'clock on that day. by L.
