DIVIDEND APPROVED New Britain, Conn., October 15.(UP) I ( State receivers for the closed Commercial Trust Company, today prepared to issue a 5 per cent dividend to depositors, totaling $95,017.14, following Superior Court approval o fan application by State Bank Commissioner Walter Perry. In the commercial department, the diidend will bring to 35 per cent the amount paid to depositors, while the savings department has issued a 75 per cent payment.
