California, EXCEPTING therefrom the West half of the Northwest quarter of the South half of said Tract 123. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that an offer has been received from E. G. Luckey and Marjorie Ruth Luckey, his wife, to purchase the aforementioned real property at and for a consideration of Forty-six Thousand Dollars ($46,000.00), payable Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) in cash and the balance to-wit: Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000.00) in six (6) annual installments; and in the event no better bid be made and received for said property, the undersigned proposes to accept the aforementioned offer and consummate said sale. Any sale of said property shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Central Division.
