Lyon, who de. clared that she never was the wife of the decedent, and that letters of administration on Geogheghan's estate, consisting of $27,000 in United States bonds. should be granted to his sisters. William Moore, associated with ex-Judge Fullerton, urged the Surrogate to confirm the report. The decision was reserved. William A.
