Notice is hereby given that the agreement between this company. the New.York Elevated Railroad Company and the Metropolitan Elevated Railway Company, dated November 14, 1881, commonly known as the Merger Agreement, having been rescinded, the holders of FIRST PREFERRED STOCK of this company may surrender their certificates to this company, and will thereupon be entitled to an equal number of shares of the stock of the New.York Elevated Railroad Company. under the agreements of May 6, 1884. Holders of the stock of this company (*Old" and "New") may a so present the certificates which they now hold and have stamped thereon the memorandum of agreement with the New-York Elevated Railroad Company.
