SENTENCES ARE SUSPENDED New Haven, Conn., Nov. 8 - (U. P.)-George Brott and Harry E. Price, accused of conspiracy and interstate transportation of stolen securities in connection with the closing of the East Hampton Bank and Trust Company, were given suspended sentences of 18 months each when arraignfed today in U. S. district court. Miss Eleanor Katz, former employe of the bank entered a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of conspiracy and sentence was deferred for two weeks by Judge Carroll C. Hincks.
