STATE OF NEW-YORK, BANK DEPARTMENT ALBANY, March, 14, 1867. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 236, Laws of 1859, and 476, Laws of 1865, that the circulating notes issued to the METROPOLITAN BANK, & Banking Association located in the City of New York, will be redeemed at par, by the Super intendent of the Banking Department, on presentation at the New-York State National Bank in the City of Albany for six years from the date hereof and not thereafter. The outstanding circulating notes of the said Bank, must be presented, as aforesaid, within six years from the date hereof; and all notes which shall not be presented for redemption and payment within the time thus specified will cease to be a charge upon the fund in the hand of the Super G. W. SCHUYLER, Superintendent intendent for that purpose. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court of the State of New-York, by an order made the 4th day of April, 1867, that a second and final Dividend or distributive payment of the debts of the CENTRAL BANK OF THE CITY OF NEW-YORK is ready to be made, and will be made on the 26th day of April, 1867, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon of that day, at the office of the Receiver, JOHN PETTIGREW, No. 1 Centre-at. in the City of New York, among all those creditors of the said Central Bank of the City of New-York who have exhibited their claims as creditors, and whose debts have been ascertained, as follows: First: All debts entitled to & preference under the laws of the United States. Second: Judgments actually obtained against the said Central Bank of the City of New-York, to the extent of the value of the real estate on which they shall respectively be liens; and, Third: All other creditors of the said Central Bank of the City of New-York, in propertion to their respective demands, without giving any preference to debts due on specialties, except creditors who shall have suits against the said Central Bank of the City of New York, or its said Receiver, pending at the time of such second dividend, ench creditors not being entitled to share in this dividend. And notice is also hereby given that every creditor who shall have neglected to exhibit his demand before the first dividend, and who shall deliver his account to the said Receiver before such second dividend, shall receive the sum be would have been entitled to on the first dividend. be fore any distribation be made to the other creditors. And notice is also hereby given that no other dividend will be made hereafter among the creditors of the said Central Bank of the City of New-York, except to the creditors having suits against said Bank or against the said Receiver pending at the time of such second dividend, and except of the moneya which may be retained to pay such creditors. of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, by an NOTICE is hereby given, pursnant to the order made the 4th day of April, 1867, that a second and final Dividend or distributive payment of the delits of the CENTRAL BANK OF THE CITY OF NEW-YORK is ready to be made, and will be made on the 20th dar of April, 1867, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon of that day, at the office of the Receiver JOHN PETTIGREW. No. I Centre-st., in the City of New-York, among all these creditors of the said Central Bank of the City of New-York who have exhibited their claims as ereditors, and whose debts bare been ascertained, as follows: First All debts entitled to a preference under the laws of the United States.
