CARNEGIE TRUST WIND-UP. Claims Against Company More Than $6,000,000. The final accounting of the Carnegie Trust Company was filed with Supreme Court Justice Newburger yesterday. This action closes the long history of suita, will and criminal, against the institution and completes the process of liquidation begun in 1910. Claims against the institution amounted to more than $6,000,000. The total credit at present is little more than $340,000. Depositors have been paid 44 per cent. of the amount claimed. Preferred claim depositors and receivers have been paid in full. No opposition was made to the application. Justice Newburger reserved decision although the acceptance of the application is assured.
