MORSE TALKS ON BANK OF NORTH AMERICA NEW YORK, March 21.-Charles W. Morse refused today to commit himself as to whether the Bank of North America would resume business. Mr. Morse thinks there will be time enough to talk about resuming business after the bank is out of receivership. "The doors of the Bank of North America should never have been closed. It was perfectly solvent. The examinations made and developments since then show it to have been true."
