Notice is hereby given that In pursuance of an order issued out of the District Court of Johnston County, Oklahoma, on the 25th day of October, 1910, in the case of Samuel A. Fisk, et al, vs. Bank of the Chickasaw Nation, authorizing H. E. Foster, Receiver, to offer for sale all of the assets in his hands as said Receiver, I will on the 21st day of November, 1910, offer for sale and sell, subject to the approval of the Judge of the District Court of Johnston County, Oklahoma, all of the assets of the Bank of the Chickasaw Nation as per list filed with the Clerk of the District Court of Johnston County, Oklahoma, on the following terms and conditions, towit: Sealed bids will be received by the clerk of the District Court at Tishomingo, or by Potter & Potter, at Ardmore, or the undersigned, at Ardmore. and the bids must be accompanied by certified check for ten per cent of the amount bld, and upon the approval of the sale. the remainder to be paid by the successful bidder, and in case of failure to pay the amount bid at the approval of sale, ten per cent to be forfeited.
