We see a notice in the Ironton Register ealling a meeting of the stockholders of the Iron Bank of fronton, to take into consideration the propriety of winding up the affairs of said bank. The meeting is to be held on the 6th of June. The cause assigned for this movement, is unjust, excessive and op. pressive taxation.
