CHANCERY, Eighth Circuit.--The Bank IN Commissioners of the State of New York Vs. the Bank Buffalo.-Notice is hereby given, pursuant to an order of the Court of Chancery dated the 21st day of February, 1813, that the subscriber has been duly appointed Receiver of the proper ty and effects of the said Bank of Buffalo that by said order it is referred to one of the Masters of this Court residing in the county of Erie, amongst other things. to take and state an count of all the demands of any description against the said Bank of Buffalo and to enable the said Master to take and state said account, and for the general purpose contemplated by the statute, all the creditors of the said Bank of Buffalo an required to exhibit their accounts, claims and demands against the said Bank of Buffalo, to James Crocker, Esquire, the Me ter having said reference in charge. at his office in the city of Buffalo, by the 13th day of September next, and become parties to this suit and in default thereof, they will be precluded from all benefit of the decree which shall be made in this suit, and from any distribution which shall be made under such & cree.
