BANK RECEIVERS LOSE Fees of Hasbrouck, Swanstrom and Church Stay Reduced. Albany, May 19.-The Court of Appeals to-day dismissed the appeal of the Brooklyn Bank receivers from the decision of the Appellate Division, reducing the fees of Bruyn Hasbrouck, as receiver, from $23,000, as fixed by the special term, to $16,000, and that of J. Edward Swanstrom and James C. Church, as counsel, from $22,000 to $14,000. Charles M. Higgins, also a receiver, had his fees reduced from $19,000 to $12,000, less $4,000, which he voluntarily returned. Both Church and Swanstrom are dead.
