Crank Scared Clerks. ROCHESTER, Dec. 7.-August Nerst, a wild-eyed drunkard, created a panic in the Rochester Savings bank by demanding $4000 on penalty of blowing up the place if the money was not forthcoming. He was pacified until a policeman arrived. He was then locked up. The clerks ducked under the counters in a lively manner.
