BANK GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. Niagara Falls, N. Y., April 30. -The - Frontier Bank, which was organized nine years ago, has decided to wind up its affairs, which have been unprofitable. Arrangements have been made with the Bank of Suspension Bridge to take over the business. Depositors will be paid in full. The capital stock is $50,000, and the deposits amount to about $65,000.
