ACCUSES RECEIVER GOLDFIELD, October 19.-Mark Walser, attorney for J. E. C. Williams in a suit against the defunct Goldfield Bank and Trust Company, will at the next session of the District Court ask for a removal of I. Hershfield of the defunct bank, and his punishment for contempt of court. In his complaint against Hershfield Walser declares that Hershfield, while acting as receiver of the bank, which failed for $78,000, had only déclared one dividend of 20 per cent and that he has not furnished the creditors with a statement of other money due them and now held by the receiver.
